5. Payment & Billing

Paid features are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months, but we'll always try to make things right if you're unhappy.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data at any time before termination. We will make reasonable efforts to allow data export even after account suspension.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IdealWeek, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
