Edit an objective
Updated May 20261 min read

Editing an objective opens the same form you used to create it, with every field pre-populated. Use it to refine wording as a quarter unfolds, push out a deadline, or attach a category you set up later.
From the home screen objective card
- Tap the objective card on the home screen. A context menu pops up
above the card with options for the objective.
Context menu open above an objective card - Choose Edit. The objective editor opens with the current values filled
in.
Editor opened with title and description prefilled - Change any field — title, description, category, or deadline — then
tap the check mark to save. The home screen updates immediately.

Tips
- The same context menu also offers Move up / Move down for reordering and Remove for deletion. See Reorder objectives and the Tips in Create an objective for the alternatives.
- Closing without saving discards your edits — there's no autosave on this screen.
