We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and the planning data you create within IdealWeek. We also collect basic usage data — such as which features you use most — to improve the product. We do not collect sensitive personal information like health data, political opinions, or biometric data.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data powers your IdealWeek experience — that's it. We use your information to provide and maintain the Service, send you relevant updates (which you can opt out of), improve our features based on aggregate usage patterns, and respond to your support requests. We never use your personal planning data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on encrypted servers hosted by industry-leading cloud providers. We use TLS encryption for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing. Access to user data is strictly limited to authorized personnel who need it to maintain the Service.
4. Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of trusted third-party services: Stripe for payment processing, and basic analytics tools to understand how users interact with IdealWeek. Each third-party provider has been carefully vetted and is contractually bound to protect your data. We share only the minimum information necessary for them to provide their services.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We use a small number of analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage patterns. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can disable non-essential cookies at any time through your browser settings.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export all your data in standard formats (JSON, CSV) directly from your account settings. You can request a complete deletion of your account and all associated data — we'll process this within 30 days. EU residents have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing.

IdealWeek is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will promptly delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
