Create an objectiveSet a new quarterly objective in IdealWeek using the QuickPlus dial. Capture the title and description, link a category, and save — your new objective appears on the home screen alongside its key results.
Edit an objectiveUpdate the title, description, deadline, or category of an existing objective. Open the objective's context menu from the home screen, choose Edit, and save your changes.
Assign a category to an objectiveTag an objective with a category in IdealWeek to group it by life area. Pick from the category selector inside the objective editor, or manage your category list from settings.
Reorder objectivesChange the order of objectives on the IdealWeek home screen. Drag a card with a long-press, or use Move up and Move down from the objective context menu.
Create a key resultAdd a measurable key result to an objective in IdealWeek. You can start from the QuickPlus dial, the Key Results screen, or while editing the parent objective — each path opens the same key-result editor.
View key results for an objectiveOpen the dedicated Key Results screen for an objective in IdealWeek. From the home screen, use the arrow icon on the objective card or pick View Key Results from its context menu.
Edit a key resultUpdate the title, target, or measurement of an existing key result. Open the parent objective's Key Results screen, tap the key-result card, and choose Edit from the context menu.
Check in on objective progressMark your weekly progress on objectives in IdealWeek. Check in from the consistency streak card on the home screen, or respond to the daily check-in reminder notification.

Read a motivation articleRead a curated article matched to your current emotional state in IdealWeek. Open the Article tile on the Motivation screen, pick a feeling (Stuck, Overwhelmed, Drained, etc.), and read offline.
Capture a memoWrite a private memo or reflection in IdealWeek. The Memos tool on the Motivation screen keeps a chronological log of small notes you wouldn't want as ideas or objectives.
Start a pomodoro sessionRun a 25-minute pomodoro on today's activity in IdealWeek. Launch from the Motivation screen Pomodoro tile and choose how long the focus block runs in Settings.
Use the breathing toolCalm your nervous system with the IdealWeek breathing tool. Open it from the Motivation screen, choose a pattern (box, 4-7-8, or coherent), and follow the visual cue for one to ten minutes.

Reflect with memento moriVisualize the weeks you have left in IdealWeek with the Memento Mori tool. Tap Reflective on the Motivation grid, set your birthday, and watch the remaining Sundays, weeks, or quarters lay out as a quiet grid.
Run a pace checkStep away from the work for a moment of perspective in IdealWeek. The Pace Check tool surfaces a research-backed reflection about how the quarter feels and gives you two ways to act on it.
