Create a milestone
Updated May 20261 min read

Milestones are checkpoints between today and the long-term vision — typically spanning one to three quarters. They give objectives a sense of where they're landing, without inflating any single quarter into a heroic effort.
From the QuickPlus dial
- Tap the + at the centre of the bottom navigation.
- Pick Milestone. The milestone editor opens with an empty title and a
suggested target date.
QuickPlus dial with Milestone option highlighted - Type a title, pick a target date, and save. The new milestone
appears in the Milestones section of the Vision screen.

From the Vision screen
- Open the Vision screen (home app-bar circle or sidebar → Vision).
- Scroll to the Milestones section.
Milestones section on the Vision screen - Tap + to open the same milestone editor as above.
Tips
- Milestones order themselves chronologically by target date — you don't need to drag them around.
- Linking objectives to a milestone is done from the objective editor, not the milestone screen.
