Set a check-in reminder

A check-in reminder fires once a day, only if there's an objective overdue for a weekly check-in. Tap it and you land directly in the check-in dialog on the home screen.
From settings
- Open Settings (sidebar → Settings).
- Scroll to the Notifications section.
- Toggle on Check-in Reminder.

Tips
- The reminder skips quiet days — if every objective is up to date, no notification fires.
- Pair this with Schedule activity reminders for a complete daily nudge.
