Brain Wave plays runtime-synthesized isochronic tones tuned for three states: Focus, Calm, and Recovery. The visual pulses in time with the frequency so the audio feels grounded.
From the Motivation screen

Open the Motivation screen (sidebar → Motivation).

Tap the feeling that matches your state. IdealWeek tunes the brain wave to that feeling — there's no separate state picker.
Motivation feeling tiles -
The brain wave plays automatically. Use headphones for the strongest effect. The band map:
- Drained or Overwhelmed → Calm (alpha-range, ~10 Hz)
- On fire or Stuck → Focus (beta-range, ~18 Hz)
- Reflective → Recovery (theta-range, ~6 Hz)

Tips
- Audio is generated locally — no streaming, no network.
- The pulse continues if you lock the screen. Tap the lock-screen control to stop.
- To change the band, close the screen and tap a different feeling.
