Use the breathing tool

Five minutes of deliberate breathing resets the nervous system. The IdealWeek breathing tool gives you a quiet visual to follow, with three classic patterns and a configurable duration.
From the Motivation screen
- Open the Motivation screen (sidebar → Motivation).
- Tap the Breathing tile.

defaults. Optionally adjust the total duration.

pattern, with a soft tone marking each transition.

Tips
- The tool runs offline. Mute the system if you don't want the cue tone.
- Long sessions (10 minutes+) are fine — the visual is built to fade rather than tire your eyes.
