Capture a memo
Updated May 20261 min read

A memo is for the thoughts that don't belong as objectives, ideas, or activities — observations, frustrations, gratitudes, half-formed sentences. Memos stay private to you and are searchable later.
From the Memos tile
- Open the Motivation screen (sidebar → Motivation).
- Tap the Memos tile.
Memos tile on the Motivation screen - Tap + (top-right) to write a new memo.
Memo editor open - Save. The memo appears at the top of the list with a timestamp.

Tips
- Memos can be edited or deleted from the same list — long-press a row for the menu.
- An AI Summary action appears once you've written a few memos. It surfaces patterns across them without altering the originals.
